Our passion for your success and projects hasn’t changed since 1989.

We started with a mission to provide value to the woodworking industry through unparalleled service and great products. Although much has changed since 1989, our mission remains to create valuable professional relationships and exceed expectations. With diverse industry experience, our team is passionate about building professional relationships, providing value, and solving problems. Direct Supply Inc. stocks and distributes national brands like A&M Hardware, Amana, ColorRite, Designs of Distinction by Brownwood Inc., Formwood, Fulterer, Hybond Adhesives by Choice Brands, Omega National, Salice, Silbond, Sugatsune, and more.  

We’re small enough to offer a personal and flexible approach when you want it and large enough to provide the value of a national distributor. We can’t wait to see what you create with our products and are grateful for the opportunity to supply them to you.

Shipping Information

 

I selected “Quote to Be Provided Prior to Shipping.” When will I receive a shipping estimate? 

  • Our team keeps regular business hours and works diligently to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. 
  • The shipping quote will be sent to the email referenced on your order confirmation, and you will be asked to reply with a confirmation. 
  • If this requested quote option was selected, we will not ship out your order until the shipping estimate has been approved. 

How Accurate are Shipping Estimates? While we do our best to provide you with the best possible shipping estimates, they are just that, an estimate. If shipping costs are higher than estimated, we will do our best to honor what was quoted; if shipping costs from available carriers are significantly different, we will reach out to confirm you want to proceed before shipping. 

Can an Order be Expedited? At this time, we don’t automatically estimate expedited shipping options. However, we are happy to look into all shipping options for you; just reach out to our customer service team to do so!  

How Long will it take to receive my order? 

  • In Stock items ship out within 1-2 business days
  • Quick Ship items ship out within 5-10 business days 
  • Out-of-stock items are waiting on inventory replenishment; lead times may vary. Feel free to contact our customer service team for an accurate lead time. 
  • Lead time on Special Order items depends on the product. Please reach out to customer service for more information. 

How will my order ship? 

Direct Supply ships products in various ways: 

  • Delivery on the Direct Supply Fleet is available throughout Michigan and Indiana. 
  • Items in stock in our Grand Rapids are available to ship via UPS or common carrier depending on size outside of that range. We do also UPS smaller items within our delivery zone. 
  • Local Pick up from our Grand Rapids warehouse is available for In Stock items. 
  • Quick Ship items ship on a variety of carriers.

Integrated cabinet handles have been utilized in modern European design for years, and Rincomatic has been a market leader in the industry for over 20 years. Made in Spain, the Rincomatic system utilizes easy-to-install clips and adhesives for select profiles. The Rincomatic integrated handles are perfect for sleek and modern cabinetry. From their Syma profile to the Gola profile, Rincomatic has a variety of styles for integrated cabinet pulls. Rincomatic finishes include silver, champagne, black, gold and more.

The multiple finishes available and various end caps for completely integrated handles or integrated handles with open ends make this a dream system to design into modern cabinetry. Rincomatic has thought of everything when it comes to integrating modern handles. A common challenge for this design style is how to address pie corner cabinets with integrated handles. Rincomatic engineered coordinating corner hinges to solve.

As a family-owned business, our concerns are not just quarterly earnings and our board but also for the upcoming generations of our family and yours and the impact our business has on the world they will live and work in.  

Making the most of what we have and being considerate of those around us are both core family values at Direct Supply, and we try to live that in our day-to-day business operations.  

Making the most of every delivery, trip, and package is good for Direct Supply and the environment. That’s why we source many products we distribute within our delivery reach. When our trucks are typically coming back empty, they now come back with stock for our warehouse, eliminating a wasted trip. 


Recycling 

Did you know that we recycle the cartridges for our DutchLock adhesives? Contact us to reduce some of your shop waste with our recycling program for seaming adhesive.  

Direct Supply will take back any brand’s jumbo and larger-size spray adhesive canisters. These canisters are returned to our manufacturing partner, inspected, cleaned out, and reused for future spray canisters, saving them from landfills. 

Direct Supply is committed to reusing and recycling all skids and cardboard packaging. Any unusable skids for shipping purposes are turned into mulch by another local family business. 

Direct Supply also offers a variety of products that contain a percentage of recycled raw materials and initiatives to reduce waste. Contact us to learn more.
